i am trying to get the instagram to work in the footer of the theme panel but it says it doesnt recognize my ID

Hi,
Please make sure that you are login with your Instagram account only in this way the Instagram can grab your data. Please check our guide for how to set the Instagram account to can get your feeds.

i get this error:
Instagram data error: The data could not be retrived using the servedaily/ Instagram ID. If you own this account, please connect to it in Theme’s Panel Social Networks > Instagram Account Access Configuration section

Hi Serve Daily, you previously linked tagDiv WordPress Theme App to Instagram.
Would you like to continue with your previous settings?

I select yes.
then it goes to a blank page with the following:

The link you followed has expired.

And nothing is fixed How do we get this to work?

Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the last theme version and you clear all cache, if there is still a problem with the Instagram account, please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.
