I have a query regarding Instagram API: the API will fetch the records with in the footer, but it did not showed the feeds above the footer and showed the following error: “Instagram data error: The data could not be retrived using the wisemoviereview Instagram ID”. I have already fetched the Instagram and it is showing feeds in footer only.

Hi gurugraminfocom, I think that you have set the personal Instagram in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/13WwL8R.png this will work only for standard Instagram from footer template and Instagram widget, if you set the Instagram using tagDiv Composer, then you need to have an business account -> https://i.imgur.com/wZPFUIH.png

However the posts are not appearing on above the footer area, It is appearing on Right Navigation and Footer itself.

Hello,
So, I saw you have set a standard footer template 9, and to display the Instagram feed for the standard template you need to connect to your Instagram Personal account, and set the Instagram ID in Footer -> Instagram Settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/OAludoEzaoRI then clear all cache.

I have only Instagram Business Id for my project, no Instagram Personal id available. Please advise how to show the Instagram feeds above the footer area, as it is showing in the footer.

Unfortunately, the Instagram feed above the footer works only with Instagram Personal Account.
