Instagram and Facebook numbers don't show up in social counter

I add in Instagram and facebook IDs as instructed, yet no numbers show up. What’s wrong?

Hello Sutekh,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme Newspaper 7.1.1 and also, the latest version of required plugins -> Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1 Try to clear all your caches and test it again.
