Hi guys – just gone in to refresh my Instagram API connection in the Theme Panel. I follow all the steps – authenticate the TagDiv app, I see it go through a few screens and then get the following:

We are on Newspaper 10.3.9.1. Social Plugin was updated in 10.3.9 and is v4.8 | built on 08.12.2020 13:30
In addition, the Social Plugin no longer pulls in Facebook like counts. It is just saying 0 so i’m having to manually input follower numbers.

Unfortunately our developers are still working on fixing the instagram counter. At the moment the only workaround is to use the fixed count. Can you send us a screenshot of the user you set on the facebook in social counter ?

I’ve got FB fixed count filled in only because the widget isn’t pulling the info through dynamically from FB.
