Unfortunately, our Instagram block has not been designed to bring the Hashtag in our theme, sorry! Please notice that this is not a simple task and if you want to develop this feature, you will have to alter the code from the core file named td_block_instagram.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/JXtXNCxVmz4 and that changes involves custom work. So, if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
