Hi mynk28, to can use the Instagram on social counter or on the Instagram element from composer you must set a “Business” or “Creator” account -> https://i.imgur.com/blVaHj7.png
The personal Instagram can be use only to display the feeds using the Instagram from footer -> https://i.imgur.com/WWQosfE.png

That message it because you do not have create a business account for Instagram, I think that you have only a personal account. First you need to convert or create an “Business” or “Creator” account and this need to be associate with the Facebook account.
