Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, plese check the ID

Hi,

I have an issue on my web site with the Instagram footer section.
My Instagram ID is ok but I have this error : Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, plese check the ID.

My theme version : 9.8
I have empty cache and test with cocacola ID and I have the same issue.

Could you please help me ?

And I tried with another plugin and it works, the issue is only on the theme plugin

Hi,
I’m having this same issue with my Instagram. I’ve checked Instagram and my account is ok, but the Newspaper theme just gives this error.
This only started after a recent update to Newspaper too.

Hello !

Unfortunately this issue comes from instagram. You will have to contact instagram support and let them know about your issue.

The easiest way to check if you’re blocked is to install a 3rd party plugin for instagram. If that doesn’t work too then it’s time to contact Instagram.

Hi Vlad,

I’ve just done as you suggested, and the other 3rd party plugin works. But Newspaper does not.
