I have made some tests with Instagram on the latest version of the theme and it seems to returns good results, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CmRVmjxSJhyq Ensure that you have correctly made the theme update, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL.

Please keep in mind that Instagram functionality has been tested with the latest WordPress version with Gutenberg and it seems to work as expected. I have the same exact problem, the Instagram widget is not updating anymore. Also did the basic troubleshooting & I’m already on the latest WordPress version.

Please notice that we do not want your privacy credentials, sorry about that! You can create a new admin with another user and password and provide us because we need for deeper investigations. Otherwise, we cannot help you in this case, sorry! Also, please notice that we never share your private credentials and you should not worry about it. Also, you can remove that newly created account after we will finish our investigations. If you cannot make another account to your CPanel you can make another one to your FTP.

Again, you do notice that I cannot share this information as this is a security breach. Your promises don’t really cut it here. If I asked you to create an ADMIN for YOUR website to let me correct a problem you caused, would you do it? I highly doubt that. Please let me know how I can correct that without you interfering in my systems. I have enough developers in my surroundings that are more than capable to do so without you loggin in. Thanks!
