I’ve just bought your theme and installed it yesterday. I’ve added instagram feed to the footer and the sidebar also. Since it has loaded the pictures it is not refreshing. I tried to add a different account then change it back, but for some reason it’s not working. Does it need some time to download recently added pictures? What could be the problem?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Social Counter ->4.1 in order to achieve best results. Try to clear all your caches and test it again.

Sorry for the dumb question, but where can I find the Social Counter? It is not where all the plugins are.

I am having a problem with the Instagram portion of the social counter. Everything else works, but insta is registering “0.” I am using version 3.1 of the plugin, but cannot figure out how to update. The plugin says we’re up to date. How can I update to 4.1 as mentioned above?

@sailingchance, I have noticed that you are using an older version of the theme and that’s why your Social Counter is not working. First of all, please try to make a full backup to all your data and then try to update the theme to the latest version of it -> Newspaper 7.2, Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12 Please notice that the theme is in constant development and you keep pace with updates for better results.

Ok, I’ve found the plugin there, but I can’t check the version and there are no properties. The only thing I can do is to deactivate. I have no idea how to clean the cache or how to refresh the feed manually.

First of all, please go the Plugins Area->Installed Plugins from your Dashboard and deactivate/delete the actual Social Counter, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/SGPAeZWtC and then delete it, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/nUZyn7bRjVn After these steps, you will have to go to the Premium Plugins Area and you will have to Install from there the Social Counter, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/aKf0EA5s
