Hello, my Instagram feed does not work even if i tried cocacola, or other public accounts, I keep getting the message “Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved” . Also the Social counter does not work for Instagram, it works for Youtube though. What is the problem please? can you fix this? I’ve already tried to disable all plugins except Visual composer and still no problem. Our website is http://www.mediafree.gr

Please make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of social counter plugin, this version is included in theme’s path, clear all caches then test the site again.

I wanted to let u know also that I tested on another hosting (a shared one on ipage) and worked perfectly.
The site we want to upload is on VM on digitalocean with Nginx, MySql & php-fpm
Is there any special setting we could change in order to make it work?

On home page – demo Scandal if you check our site http://www.mediafree.gr there is a section before footer that displays articles with the title “ΤΕΛΕΥΤΑΙΑ ΑΡΘΡΑ”
How do I edit what to display on this section? Where can I find this section on the admin panel? It’s not on the visual composer.

That part is Latest article and is not available in Visual Composer but you can edit its content from post loop settings: http://screencast.com/t/obhI2OXK8m02

Social Counter updates the infos at every 3 hours and the numbers displayed there may be a bit inexact. Also if you’re using a plugin for cache the update time may be bigger. Try to clear all caches then test the site again.
