The Instagram plugin (bundled with the theme) is absolutely not scaling the images, in some cases 97×97 is required, and 640×640 is served:
It’s smashing all our test results (making us look silly with the client), how can we fix this ASAP?

Are the sizes turned on in the modules images section of theme panel?

The Instagram widget does not have a thumbnail. It will pull the image straight from Instagram, not creating any thumb for it. It will be 640×60 px as this is the way Instagram provides the images. We have no thumbnails for this element.

The thumbs you showed are indeed our theme thumbs but none of them affect the instagram widget. This functionality was not added to the widget. It simply grabs the image from instagram.
