Hi
I have properly registered instagram in the theme panel but for some reason the instagram footer feed isnt updating and showing the newest posts. I have tried removing my instagram info and re-registering it but that didnt do anything. i have also cleared all cache files.
Any ideas?

The Instagram api make a request once on 3 hours to get the Instagram feeds.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I made a staging site, deactivated everything, cleared cache and removed the CDN but it didn’t change anything. It was working fine and just stopped working a few weeks back. I haven’t added any new plugins at all.
Is it possible to give you a login to the staging site and you take a quick look?

I have the same problem here. Instagram shows only a few updated pictures and some are broken. https://www.playtimes.com.hk
if it helps I solved it by re-entering the instagram ID again and then clearing all cache from WP Rocket, or in your case what ever cache plugin you are using.
