Hi,
we have an Instagram section above the footer, and I can’t find for the live of me where it’s coming from. It seems to be a wrapper DIV from the Newspaper theme. It can’t connect, since we have no account configured. I can’t see any custom code that might insert this section. Is this a part of the theme?
The error reads like this:
“Instagram data error: The data could not be retrived using the optikum_official Instagram ID. If you own this account, please connect to it in Theme’s Panel Social Networks > Instagram Account Access Configuration section.”
Hi,
Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Also, have you connected your account and set the ID here: https://i.imgur.com/qW14sYS.png?

Hi,
first of all: We don’t have an account connected, since we don’t want the Instagram section. The problem is not that it’s not working, but that it is there at all. 🙂
I could fix the error. This was indeed a shortcode in the footer template file. Since we don’t need it anymore, I completely removed the footer template from the child theme. The error is now gone. However, I can’t click or otherwise edit the Instagram part:

Wow, that was pretty well hidden. Please note, that I did not create this site. I am not familiar with the Newspaper theme. This is why even simple things are sometimes suprisingly time-consuming. Having said this, you pointed me in the wrong direction by saying it could be edited in the template. 🙂

Hello,
It depends on what template you use. After you sent the image, I saw that you used a standard template from the tagdiv Standard pack plugin, which is deprecated. If you were using a cloud template, you would need to edit it with the composer; that’s why you need to specify what you are using.
Thank you!
