since a few days i didnt have the instagram pics in my footer.
there’s only the message: Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, plese check the ID
The id is correct, i tried other ids too, but no one is working. the textlink to the profile is correct and working, but the images are not showed.

Usually this message appears when your website IP is blocked on Instagram or there are some problems to connect to the Instagram id, please try to use an Instagram plugin that requires a token, this will authenticate your website ip and should work.

the instagram problem was solved (i guess) last week. but now i’m having same problems again.
Same with me. Everything from the Instagram posts caught up about Sept 6th but nothing propagated beyond that.

Hi Vlad, maybe you should consider to release a patch for this specific feature, instead of ask all of your Customers (and then our Clients) to wait for a major update release..
Take also in consideration that all of us have an expiration date about our support service with TagDiv… And since more than a month we get no other answer than “please wait”, about this issue of your product..
May I pay a renewal if you decide to release this fix after my support expiration?

Our developers implement fixes in updates not patches. Even tough your support will expire, you will still have access to the updates.
