Instagram Videos not working

Hi there,
On my site, aspenreallife.com, the instagram widget isn’t working as expected. The videos aren’t showing and just showing a blank image icon. We updated to the latest version of the theme and updated all of the plugins, but that hasn’t worked.

How can we fix this?

If you mean the footer Instagram, for me it looks like this at the moment
