Install Plugin (can’t find Plugins>Add New)

Hello.

I need to have an easy way to create multiple authors for posts without them being required to login, create an account, etc. I see that you recommend Molongui Authorship plugin. However when I go to PLUGINS there is no option to ADD NEW. Please help. Also, is this the best plugin for this? I see that some have had trouble with it.

Thank you, but I’m familiar with that. The options that are usually there under PLUGINS are not there.

It is because of having multisite.
