I get the error message below when trying to install the Newspaper theme.

Same result when I upload the theme files to the Themes folder.

Be sure you’re only uploading the main theme folder “Newspaper” and not the big folder with all the docs and help/how-to.
You should look inside the folder you’re uploading to
/wp-content/themes/
to make sure it has the style.css in there, which would be good indicator it’s the wrong folder.
The “Newspaper” theme folder is the one which has the folders bbpress, images, includes, js, less_files, parts, translation, wp-admin, wpbakery, as well as about 35 loose files, including style.css and 404.php, etc.

inside you will find another archive : http://screencast.com/t/s7V70SJAVng called Newspaper.zip , this is what you need to install
