I’ve just installed a new website, and, in staging all was fine. Now, having uploaded the finished website to the live domain can see it it fine, but when I go to use tagDiv Composer all I get is a blank white screen, any ideas?? It means at the moment I can’t edit the live website and make minor changes, or any future changes requested by the client.
Thanks Bogan for you suggestion, I’ve contacted the host, Siteground and this is what they have done and say …
Graham Carter: Hi, have uploaded a new website yesterday and added an SSL certificate, all appears to be working OK until I access the wsiwyg front end, I can’t see anything! The suppliers of the theme made this comment when I contacted theri support, so it is SSL related they believe?
Graham Carter: This question is related to account:crazyweb.co.uk
Graham Carter: ————————————————————————————– Hello, The most common cause for this issue is the ssl implementation where your site url and home url do not match. Please check the wordpress settings and make sure your home and site url are identical. Thank you! ———————————————————————- My question is how can I solve this issue? Can you help?? Thanks
Ivaylo Ivanov: Hello, Graham
Ivaylo Ivanov: Welcome to SiteGround Hosting Services!
Graham Carter: Hi Ivaylo
Ivaylo Ivanov: Can you please tell me which is the website, Graham? 🙂
Graham Carter: The domain is drw.org.uk
Graham Carter: When I go into wsiwyg editing mode a I get blank screen
Ivaylo Ivanov: I am checking the recommended steps as we speak
Graham Carter: Thank you Ivaylo …
Ivaylo Ivanov: Alright, so everything seems perfect on a sever level, can you please provide me with your WordPress logins, so I can check there as well ?
Graham Carter: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Ivaylo Ivanov: As I have checked everything on a server level is properly updated, as well as the URLs are matching, I also reinstalled the SSL and installed it again
Ivaylo Ivanov: So I do believe, unfortunately, it would be best to double check again with the guys from tagdiv
Graham Carter: OK, I’ll try it now and see if I can access the pages, if not I’ll go back to tagDIV tomorrow when the helpline is open
Ivaylo Ivanov: Yes, as soon as you have more information and we as your hosting provider can help you more, please reach us back
Graham Carter: Nope, still can access the wsiwyg front end, so I’ll drop the theme provider another request for help, Thanks for trying to resolve Ivaylo
