When i try to install one of the newsmag demos I get ajax error every time.
Ajax error. Cannot connect to server, it may be due to a misconfiguration on the server.
I took printscreen but I can’t past it here.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. It is a general error and we cannot point it to a specific thing. I believe it happens due to your server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issues so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this so you could also test this on a fresh wp install and let us know if you still get the same result. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

I have fresh wordpress install so there is not many plugins. I can upload images to media library, in fact I do that all th time and everything is OK. I don’t know what is c-panel so please send me some more specific information 🙂 I’ll also ask my hosting provider about that problem.

Contact your host provider and ask him if the server have any firewall which restrict the access at dates from external sources. Ask your host to unblock our demo so you can retrieve data from our server.
