Hello,
So I am having a lot of trouble installing demo’s and then even when i tried to uninstall the demo because it could not install, it cant uninstall it either? I am new to wordpress and this theme but seems like it would be pretty straight forward but not so much .. Any common issues as to why I can not install the default demo?

This is what it is showing when trying to install the demo
but then when i click the link i just shared with you guys to the capture it is showing the site as installed ??? but if i go to my domain at thefrontlinewire.com it is showing the default wordpress theme

If the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it.
If all of these will not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request the manual installation and we will provide the XML file for the specific demo you want to import.
