Installing Rating System Plugin

Hey guys,

I’m looking to add a plugin such as http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-postratings/installation/ but I can’t find all of the pages needed to add the php code. I’d like to insert it either next/below of the title and/or below post.

Where can I locate the php files for:
category page module 8
single post page (loop-single.php, right?)
homepage block 3
widget block 3 page

I’m currently using:
block 3 on homepage (http://screencast.com/t/tkGX30IH9Ahx)
module 8 on category page (http://screencast.com/t/dGVuDZg0L)
block 3 on widgets (http://screencast.com/t/dKMuB86iwD8f)

(and it would be awesome if you can tell what code line # to post the php code in next to the title, if not its okay I will mess around with it)
