Getting this error while to install the required plugin.
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate

likely an issue with your server’s cURL setup.
FTP best way to install.

Hi,
Try manually uploading the plugin by FTP. Unzip the plugin and upload it in the WordPress plugins folder (it should be wp-content\plugins) Then go to the plugins section and activate the composer.
