Integrate 3rd parties shortcodes and plugins with the page or post editor

Hi, I installed a plugin with shotcodes and a lot of futures like “Intense” plugin. But if I am writing a new post, the plugin doesn’t show up in the tool bar to be able to insert a ndw shortcode and customize elemnts within thr page

I found as disabling the Gutenberg Editor from WPBakery Page Builder Settings when I edit the page, does show the shortcode plugin the tool bar. No the question is can the shortcode 3rd party plugin can be integrated with Gutenberg Editor?

Please note that the Gutenberg Editor is from WordPress not from our theme, you need to ask the Gutenberg authors/developers how to integrate it.
