Integrating FlexSlider

Hi support,
Thanks again for building thisa marvellous theme for WordPress. I have been really satisfied with the buy, and with the support team too.

I was wndering, could you include Flexslider as the native slider in the next version of WordPress? The built-in slider is good, but it’s a little too simple. FlexSlider seems better than Revolution Slider, it has more features and better looks. It is also the best premium slider I have yet come across, the features are beyond comparison.

I understand that you guys have a lot of features on your plate. But I really feel that the slider is a very important part of the Newspaper theme, and FlexSlider will be a better option all around. I think most of your buyers will like it too.

Let me know what you think of the idea.

Well… I prefer rev slider, and changing to newm slider as base would cause existing sites to not work, and there would be fee to upgrade as tagdiv would need to buy new license agreement. Not likely.

Best bet is to work with tagdiv on a consistent way to integrate flex slider for your needs.

Just an opinion.

The thing is, I am having some trouble working with revslider, I created a new template, then created a new slider and added the template. I also selected “Posts” instead of gallery and checked the apt categories I want. Then after allt his, when I went to visual composer and added revslider ot my homepage, the homepage displays a warning that says: No slides were found, please create a slide tem, plate.

So far, I haven’t found a solution. If tagdiv support can help me out with that, maybe I can use revslider too.

You were right Chris! I just followed the documentation that comes with Revslider closely. Everything works fine now. Turns out I am a fan of revslider too. It is just as good as flexslider, perhaps even better!
