Hi ghoangit,
I need some more details about the error that you get, some screenshots will help a lot.
Normal if there is no plugin conflicts and all theme requirements are set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ then should be everything ok.
