Getting this error: “Invalid reply from server endpoint” when try to add new template from cloud template library.
Posted issue before 24 hours and still no response! Is this how your support system always works?

Why do you need cPanel credentials? It is not possible to provide you the same and I don’t think you need it, I know it because I am a developer and not a non-technical guy.
Also this is the worst support system I have ever seen, this is not support, this is forum. I don’t think you know the difference!
