Invalid template type

Hello,

I have a problem when I try to add a footer template from cloud templates, it gives me an invalid template type, I don’t know why. If you can check and tell me.

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I deactivate all plugins except tagDiv’s, and I’m not using a child theme, clear the cache but still, I can’t install JUST footer templates..
