Please note that our theme is exclusively sold by Envato Market. If you do not receive any invoice from Envato you will have to contact the Envato Market department and request the invoice. All of this information should have to be discussed with the Envato Market because they have issued your bill. Note that we are only the company which create this theme and it is exclusively sold by Envato.
