Ipad Landscape as max-width on all devices

Hi.

I just purchased Newspaper theme.

Is there any way that I can set the max-width of the whole website to 1140px (Ipad landscape) and never above that? So the Desktop (1141+) is never used on any devices or screens?

Ok, but then I have to do that manually on ALL rows on the whole website?
