iPad Portrait Navbar / Header / Menu holder not showing up on iPad

Hi,

I am trying to keep the mobile header using the Crafty Ideas demo install. I have made some CSS customization in the Theme Panel > Custom CSS section and using the Live CSS tool on the admin toolbar.

My header now appears black in iPad portrait dimensions like this – https://snag.gy/TiZJRN.jpg

But I want it looking like this – https://snag.gy/TwFNak.jpg

Sorry but the screenshots do not work. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the issues mentioned as well as working screens.
