Two of our customers reported that they can not access the site on their iPad. Both have the latest iOS and browser. Both using Safari. We already asked them to clear their cache and other things we can think of but they still see a blank page. Help!

I have just tested your website on an iPad here at the office. Everything worked like a charm to me. Also we’ve tested it on an iPhone too. So maybe their network connection was not working ok.
