Is it possible in the breadcrumb current post title to link to post permalink ?

I think you could edit the breadcrumbs module for that, but there is no reason to do so; it won’t be added to SERPS by doing that, and having link to the page you’re already on in breadcrumbs serves no useful purpose.
Food for thought anyway.
