Is it possible that user's like post shows in one page?

I want to make a function that, if my member likes my post, they can recommend and see this post in his author’s page.
I made use’s author’s page already.

if User likes the post, To recommend or restore the post is possible?
Is it possible that user’s like post shows in one page?

Hi,

I don’t exactly know how that would be done, or if it would be possible with plugins and the theme. The author pages will show all the posts the author has published, users can’t like posts and affect the author page content.

By theme options this is not possible, also I am not aware of plugin that could do it, maybe there are, can’t say for sure.
