On my site – https://www.winnmediaskn.com/elections/ – at the bottom of the page (above the footer), I have a video player with a single youtube playlist but I was wondering if it is possible to include more than one playlists in a single video player?

Hello,
Normally, the youtube playlist has not been made to use more then one playlist. If you want you can try, but normally it should not work.
If you want you can add more youtube playlist elements and set in each one a playlist.
