Has anyone a bit experience to push me in the right direction please?
As this is a University newspaper for my project, I need to create a kind of panel board on the front page with the latest news from the University, just as info board, and I need to be able to add and remove titles and meaning icons from the classes of the courses. On a button click readers can go to a separate section where they can go and read more about the topic and follow an external link if they like.
It needs to look nice, so just a text list is ugly and misses Icons, but it needs to be a column list. A top 20 will be best.
Any suggestions how I can do this the best way? I am willing to try things out myself, but I need a hand to know what I can do to make this myself.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this. Try to find such a plugin for this functionality and check it how it will work with the theme. As an alternative, in this case, notice that you can try using such a block and filter it by latest articles.

Can it not be an idea you make one for the tagdiv composer like you made many for the multipurpose shortcodes?
I thought maybe you know one which comes nearest for this.
It can’t be that difficult to make a border box, where we can enter text and icons in this style and it will help many users out there, it is a newspaper and can help your sales for universities. 🙂

You could use the call to action element, choose a row layout as you think best

If you want to make some changes to the spacing, you can use the CSS tab of the elements. Add negative margins to each of the elements like in this example to drag them closer to each other
