I tried to make a border in menu like as – (I can fix, but there is cannot working when sticky menu)

sorry, let you confused, we can make this in menu (non sticky effect)

But we cannot make the same style when sticky menu, please check the video url.

You need to set the menu in a new row -> https://we.tl/t-s0qnOmLsva for the sticky menu and after doing the changes.
