Hello !
Newspaper Theme is compatible with WooCommerce but please note that by default Newspaper Theme is a Newspaper / Magazine theme, therefor it will be more focused in this direction.
You will have to use woocommerce shortcodes for a better usage of the woocommerce on this theme.
