1. Is it Possible to remove this word “Tag” from Tag Page ?

Hello,
In order to remove the word tag from the pages, you will have to remove these 2 parts of the code:

the word tag and the ‘:’ symbol
As for customizing the tag page, you can do so from the tag template in the theme panel here:
