I don’t want to use this plugin. Because I want performance, I don’t want to make additional queries and I want to use less plugins.
But the theme is writing required in the settings page?
What should I do ? Should I use it or is it okay if I remove the plugin?

No, it is not required if you are not using the social counter element from tagDiv Composer.
