Is there a shortcode for the social media icons in the Newspaper Theme Footer

Hi guys,

I have my own footer I had to create as none of the footer templates really match my requirements.

I would like to still use the social icons from the footer templates in the standard newspaper theme footers in to my footer. Is there a wordpress short code for the Social icons list or widget?

My test footer is seen here: http://www.jamjosandbox.com/news/contact/

The social media icons you have in the footer templates are perfect so if I can just add them under my FOLLOW US section I’d be in good shape.

Any tips?

Hi,

Sorry but the footer style you selected does not feature the social icons widget. The widget is also not available as a stand alone widget unfortunately. It will have to be made custom using html if you have the proper coding skills.
Or you can use a social icons plugin for a shortcode implementation into a text box if you are not comfortable around html
