Is there a way I can get my money back since no one wants to help me?

I bought this about a month ago, and for some reason every question I ask, I get a stupid answer that doesn’t help me at all! I need the author block removed. No one on your end can help me with that at all. Now I summit another question because the feature image for some reason is getting stuck to the top of my post above the main image ( I emailed you a screen shot). Now the response I got was ” I have never seen that before.” All I want is some help getting started. It is really those 2 questions i need answered and that’s it. If you can’t help me then give me back my money and stop wasting my time!
