I’m after this result: http://magazyn.startholidays.pl/ but without the use of two 1 picture galeries (NAJNOWSZE GALERIE section). Is there a regular post module that would allow me to do that?

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no block/module to use with Visual Composer and to achieve what you wish. You would need custom modification for that to create a module/block or create a new one. On Newspaper version 5 will be added new blocks and also it will be more easy to create a new module/block(will be added new tutorials).
