Is there a way to add parallax scrolling effects to a row of content grid?

Hi, I wonder if I can add scrolling parallax effect to the post grid at the top of the site, thus I can have the site content below slides up to the grid. I have selected add parallax to the row of my post grid, but this did not add such effects. Any other ways to do that? Thanks.

Hi Catalin, I meant if grid element could have the slider parallax effect like in this link
https://avada.theme-fusion.com/fusion-slider-full-width/
as if having the grid element fixed to the screen.
