I hve designed a mobile template but i would like to use it on other pages of my site with some alternations. Is there a way to copy the mobile template i have designed or do i have to do each page from scratch. it would be a lot of work as there are ten pages

Unfortunately, no.
A workaround can be to save an element or row: https://www.screencast.com/t/kVxpDT9SV in the tagdiv composer, so you can add it on every other page. The saved elements can be seen at the end of the other blocks when you add an element in the tagDiv Composer.

If you have a mobile page then you can duplicate it without problems, go to pages and look if that page is a mobile page, if it is then just duplicate it – https://i.imgur.com/UR4479w.png
