I have 3 sites, all newspaper theme, I want to have them all link to each other like kotaku.com’s top bar. For both desktop and mobile. Any way to do this within the theme or a plugin you know of? Thanks.

Hello,
You can create a menu and set the menu in the element Mobile Menu Horizontale https://i.imgur.com/cjkjGv9.png
or you can add a row and in that row, you can add buttons and set the link for each site -> https://i.imgur.com/fE0tJrJ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/PJ7D2TP.png
