Is there another way to get support?

Hi all,

Is there other way to get support except than this forum? Yesterday I asked from here & there is no answer from somebody. I need more active support than this forum. Many things to do on my web page. I am bit disappointed for this theme.

Hi Ganzorig,
We can provide support only on this forum and via email. Unfortunately we didn’t reply until now, because our work interval it’s Monday-Friday:8:00AM-17:00PM and we had Monday and Wednesday, two Romanian holidays.
Please let us know what are the things that you want to achieve and I will help you!
