Is there any way to avoid a post in the search engine?

Hi, I need to hide a post from the Newspaper theme search engine, I suppose it will be done by excluding the ID of the post in question in search.php, someone tell me how to do it?

Hi,

You could use a plugin, try this one for example
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-exclude/

Or try it by code in the theme functions, this should work
– https://www.cssigniter.com/exclude-certain-posts-pages-search-results/
