Issue after the update to 2.1 version

Hi,

So, I updated my theme to the 2.1 version some minutes ago, but now I have a problem with the homepage’s layout: some modules were “dragged” to left side of page. See the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/YL2P6gT.jpg?1.

Website’s url: http://arenarubronegra.com.br.

Please, help me with a fix.

Thanks!

Try resaving your home page blocks; clear cache, etc.

Hi, Chris,

I’ve already done it, but the issue wasn’t solved yet. 🙁

Another suggestion?

Thanks!

Turn off all plugins except VC, perhaps as another tactic. Use the console in Chrome to see if errors being generated. Look at the demo to see if same problem exists.

Wait for TagDiv back on Monday 🙂

Hi!

I had the same problem updating today. I found out what caused it:

The plugin “Premium SEO Pack”s module “Minify”. I deactivated the module and now it works fine.

So it’s likely some minify-function/plugin on your site.

Hi, guys,

I’ve already turned off all plugins, except the VC, but the issue continues. In the Chrome’s console, the only error is “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL”, and it doesn’t appear in the demo version. Also I’ve seen the minify case in the All In One SEO Pack (I don’t use the Platinum SEO Pack plugin), but this feature doesn’t exist in this plugin or in anywhere else in my website.

Thanks!

OKay, try making a new “page” with just the row causing problem. Save. Then temporarily make that the active home page. See if error still there.

If not, then it means something ELSE on your home page causing the trouble and you’ll need to debug that.

Hi

@Ramon
Davi sorry for delay but we don’t work in week-end.
Try to deactivate all plugins, except Visual Composer, also remove all custom css, clear the cache and see if you still have this issue. If the problem persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your site login details so we can take a closer look at this issue, also include a link to this topic.

Let me know how it goes!
