This prebuilt website is made with standard templates, so you can not edit them with tagdiv Composer, only using the options from theme panel. You need to recreate them with tagdiv Composer and use a blank template.

They are old, prebuilt websites, and other customers are using them.
You can import a blank template, add every element manually, and apply customization to the element’s settings. Most of them can be recreated with the cloud template.
