Issue of YouTube thumbnail in single page

Hello, thanks really great theme.

I would like to know

When viewing on a smartphone, the Youtube thumbnail is displayed as “cover”.
Is there any way to make it smaller the size of the thumbnail?

I have tried to fix width and hight but still can’t.

The style that youtube displays is cut off on the left and right.
